Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson Refuses To Sign Divorce Papers

Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson has completely removed himself from the idea of getting divorced. His marriage fell apart after he was arrested for head-butting wife Evelyn Lozada, but Johnson is not in compliance with the current turn of events.

TMZ is reporting that the 33-year-old has refused to sign paperwork to end the marriage.
Sources close to the athlete told the site that Johnson is unwilling to take part in divorce proceedings because he doesn't want the marriage to end. However, under Florida law, a judge can finalize the divorce without the signature of the other party.

In spite of the split, Johnson continues to show his love for Lozada. He recently tattooed a portrait of the reality TV star on his calf, and continues to use Twitter to further showcase his dedication to the relationship.

Lozada has not seen Johnson since their altercation, but has been making rounds in the media circuit. She broke her silence on an episode of Nightline, and is set to appear on the season premiere of Iyanla Fix My Life.

In light of her reputation for fighting on VH1's Basketball Wives, Lozada has vowed that the public will no longer see her "acting a fool" on TV.
