Weezy just cant win for losing as of lately. after health issues and losing his lawsuit over "The Carter Documentary", Billboard has learned that Wayne's upcoming album "I Am Not A Human Being II" has been pushed back for the 2nd time. His latest release date was supposed to be December 11, but now the album is scheduled to be released some time in 2013.
