Lil Wayne was expected to be in court on Monday (Oct 29) but he suffered from seizure-like symptoms last weekend and was advised by doctors to take some time off. The trial is about a documentary Quincy Jones III did of Lil Wayne which the Young Money rapper dislikes and called a ‘scandalous portrayal’.
Wayne’s attorney appeared in court on Monday on behalf of the rapper and said that he would play the deposition tapes for the jury, an offer the judge did not like according to reports by TMZ.
The deposition tapes show Wayne acting rude and sarcastic to an attorney deposing him, and even what seems like a few threats. The judge said Weezy’s behaviour on the tapes was ‘irresponsible behavior’ and ‘unreasonable conduct in the deposition’.
