Game Being Sued For Using ‘Skate On’ On ‘California Republic’ Mixtape

Game is being sued by the producer Infamous for 100k for using the beat ‘Skate On’ on his California Republic mixtape.

Infamous claims that he gave The Game the beat to “Skate On” in 2010 so that the Compton rapper could determine if he wanted to use it. He alleges that he never heard from The Game, but the song was used on the free mixtape without his consent.

Infamous also charges that he tried to contact The Game in April via a letter, but did not get a response.

Infamous said he generally charges from $20,000 — $25,000 per beat.
