Michael Daniel, 22 years old from Texas was arrested after smoking synthetic marijuana. Then eatting pieces of the families dog.
According to local media reports, on June 14, Daniel allegedly assaulted a few of his friends and neighbors while running around on all fours -- as he growled and barked like a dog.
Then the munchies set in...
Daniel then grabbed the family's dog, beat it, choked it, and then bit off chunks of the dog's flesh.
also According to a press release posted on the City of Utica's Facebook page, about 9 p.m. Saturday, police were called to Stanley's Bar at 618 Court Street in Utica to deal with an "emotional[ly] disturbed person."
When cops got to the bar, they found the unidentified 41-year-old woman sitting in a stairwell sweating profusely, and with a "blank stare" on her face.
The responding officer asked the woman what was wrong, at which point she became aggressive. She then lunged at one of the officers and attempted to bite him.
Police were able to subdue the would-be cannibal, at which point she told cops about her desire to murder and eat someone.
