Moments ago, a judge in Seminole County granted George Zimmerman a new bond for the 2nd time. The new bond is for $1 million which will require Zimmerman to pay $100,000 to walk out of jail as early as today.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, the judge imposed new conditions on Zimmerman’s bond. Zimmerman can’t have a bank account (but his wife can), he can’t open a new bank account, he must wear a GPS monitor, and he has 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew.
Zimmerman has collected over $300,000 in public donations. That gives him $200,000 to live “a good life,” as he was overheard telling his wife Sheliie during a recorded jailhouse phone call in April.
