There have been some rumors going around that the reason Chris Brown and Ludacris went to France recently was to spend some time hanging out with Rihanna. Those rumors have now been cleared up by Chris Brown and he said the only reason for going was to shoot a music video. Just goes to show how media will piece anything together just to make up a buzz worthy story.
