A forty-year old man was shot to death this morning in front of Ross' property. The victim was found laying inside the gate of Ross' home. Although it is unknown whether Ross actually has any connection to the victim, since he is listed as the property owner the police would like to talk to him about it.
Ross wasn't actually home at the time of the shooting, and he is not a suspect at this point in the investigation.
