Lil Fizz Of B2K Sued For Illegal Marijuana Store

Former B2K singer Lil Fizz is facing a new lawsuit now that TMZ reports he was caught running an illegal pot shop.

Fizz, real name Dreux Pierre Frederick, is facing a heavy fine for his ‘Little Amsterdam’ weed shop that opened July 1, 2010 in West Hollywood.

According to authorities, Fizz’ shop is in an area that strictly prohibits marijuana sales.

Prosecutors want him to close the shop and pay a $2,500 fine for every day the store’s been open.

The current total is 477 days which adds up to $1,192,500.

Prosecutors also want Fizz to pay for law enforcement costs and attorney’s fees related to the case which could add up to another $750,000.

Fizz has yet to comment on the suit.
