LIL WAYNE SUED OVER 'HOW TO LOVE' BEAT

Just when Lil Wayne's lawyers think they might have time to leave their desks for a quick sandwich or call home to their loved ones, who've no doubt forgotten what they look like, another lawsuit comes down the pike.

TMZ is reporting that rapper Rich Rick has filed a suit in L.A. County Superior Court against both Weezy and the Drummer Boyz, the production team he claims cheated him out of the beat heard on Wayne's hit single 'How to Love.'

Rick says bought the track several years ago, before the Boyz double-crossed him and sold it to Wayne. Alleging fraud and breach of contract, Rick is seeking whatever money the producers were promised under their deal with Wayne, as well as 10 percent interest.

This latest suit comes mere weeks after the Georgia production company Done Deal Enterprises hit the rapper, Universal Music Group, Young Money Entertainment and Cash Money Records with a $15 million copyright-infringement suit over the song 'BedRock.'
