According to Buffalo News, the 23-year-old 'Marvin Gaye & Chardonnay' rapper was taken away in handcuffs after his performance at the Lewiston, N.Y. stop on Wiz Khalifa's Rolling Papers World Tour, after a woman claimed that he had "forcibly touched" her.
The incident was reported at around 10 P.M last night, when the alleged victim complained to parks police that she had been sexually assaulted by Big Sean, born Sean Michael Leonard Anderson, and another Detroit, Mich. man. Both men were subsequently charged with third-degree sexual abuse, forcible touching and second-degree unlawful imprisonment, and have since posted $500 bail and were released.
Representatives for Big Sean have yet to comment regarding the reports. Sean's long road to success was documented on his G.O.O.D. Music debut 'Finally Famous,' which was released on June 28, 2011.
