A man asked to turn down his radio at a Subway shop inside the Quincy Wal-Mart silenced the situation with a bang. "Who carries around a hatchet," said one man. Police say Kenneth Rosen did on Friday in the middle of the afternoon. "He became enraged. He threw a tonic at patrons. He then pulled his hatchet out and started swinging the hatchet around at the victims," said Capt. John Dougan of the Quincy Police Department. Police say Rosen had his radio blaring when two customers asked him to turn it down. Instead, police say Rosen threw down the hatchet and sliced a sandwich in half. "He's got some anger management issues probably," said Angela Kyles, a customer.
