Martin Lawrence Says Bad Boys 3 Is In the Works

Martin Lawrence talked to Digital Spy, the Big Momma star said that all the key players from the first two Bad Boy blockbusters – Will Smith, director Michael Bay and producer Jerry Bruckheimer – are pretty much in for a third installment.
Matin explains:

“They’re working on a script now.”
“That’s something I think looks very real. Will told me that he wanted to do it as well. Michael Bay I heard was on board and Jerry Bruckheimer. We’ll see.”

So when can we expect the third film?

“Those guys are very busy. There’s no timeline.”

In another interview, Martin, also, talks about Brandon T. Jackson playing his stepson in the third Big Momma film.
Lawrence told Collider about meeting Jackson:

“I met him at a party and he was saying how big a fan he was.”
“I just thought he was very nice, when I met him. He’s real down-to-earth. I said, ‘Don’t worry, one day, we’ll get a chance to work together.’ And then, this came up and when (director) John [Whitesell] mentioned his name to me, I was like, ‘Wow, yeah, this is a possibility. Let’s make it happen.’”
