Two Texas women are reportedly suing Jim Jones over a music video he released late last year they appeared in topless, which they claim they were featured in without their permission.

According to the New York Daily News, Sharie Johnson and Samantha Stotts claim that the rapper's crew filmed them as they frolicked in the water on South Beach, then used the footage to promote his song "Summer Time."

While both women say they knew they were being film, they didn't give permission to use the footage in a music video.

"They knew they were being filmed," the women's lawyer, Taso Pardalis, told the paper. "But they didn't know they were going to be used in a video without their permission."

In the clip, Jones spits his verses while clutching a Champagne flute and playing with a stack of $100 bills, but then, it shows shots of the two women, topless.

The lawsuit, which was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court suit, names Jones, Sony Music Entertainment and others, and seeks to to halt the distribution of the clip, which has garnered over 30,000 views on Youtube thus far.

"They were prancing about in the water and in the moment, they kind of went along with it," Pardalis said. "But you can see one of the girls in the video cover up immediately when she realized they were being filmed."

At press time, it was unknown how much the women were seeking in the suit, nor had Jones commented. (BS)
