The DEA agents reportedly kicked down his door early this morning as 10 agents swarmed the residence with guns drawn.
The rapper was being investigated on suspicion of drug tracking, although it was reported that no weapons or drugs were found during the raid.
It is currently unclear what charges the rapper is currently facing, but a source close to the rapper mentioned that he has high-profile legal counsel by his side. According to reports, Dorrough has hired an attorney who also serves as a Senator.
Dorrough took to his twitter earlier this afternoon, after posting bail, to share his frustration with his followers.
“My day started off f—ed up… Which means today will be a great day!” the rapper tweeted on Tuesday afternoon.
Dorrough is expected to make a formal statement regarding the arrest later this week.
