61 Year-old Philip Seaton went into have a routine circumcision and woke up missing a very important member!

The unfortunate incident happened on October 19, 2007 when  Dr. John Patterson, who performed the procedure, said he removed Seaton's penis without permission because he discovered it had a cancerous growth on it and performed the procedure to keep it from spreading.
