3 Police Officers Arrested After Stealing Drugs And Selling Them

Three Philadelphia police officers were caught after plotting with drug dealers and staged a traffic stop. The plan consisted of a scheme to steal $15,000 worth of heroin from a supplier and sell it to citizens of Philadelphia.

Officers Mark Williams, James Venziale and Robert Snyder were all convicted on a 14-count indictment Tuesday, along with three suspected drug dealers.
The plan unfolded  for the officers when they tried to sell the 300 grams of heroin to an undercover federal agent.

The police officers and two drug dealers were arrested for the crime and so was the wife of one of the officers. Snyder's wife Christal, is the only one not being held in custody right now from all those arrested.
Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey said he would quickly begin the process of terminating them.
