G-Unit Sues Young Buck For 10 Milli

David Darnell Brown aka Young Buck has hit more than a bump on his road to recovery.
Robin Mitchell Joyce has her hands full as the lawyer for the Tennessee rapper as she tries to help him out of legal woes and claims against him have reached $11.5 million.

The root of his issues stemmed from the fact that his manager, business manager, legal counsel and booking agent all were simultaneously employed by the label and the person he is now at odds with, 50 Cent.

No one was looking out for Buck's interests according to Joyce. "The money went in and the money went out and Buck's universe of knowledge about his financial state is a balance on an ATM receipt. … Buck never knew at one point, at several points, that he was a millionaire," said Joyce.

The former G-Unit soldier made some business moves that landed him in a dismal position before hiring a new lawyer. He filed for bankrupcy, discharged his record deal with G-Unit, released a statement that said he planned to sue 50 Cent, Sha Money XL and his former business manager, and then he submitted a $1 million budget for his third LP, which was twice what his contract allowed.

G-Unit Records has filed a $10 million claim in the bankruptcy case in the event Buck breaches his contract, 50 Cent has filed a $171,000 claim, which is what Buck owes him from a $300,000 loan in 2005. Throw in the tax bill of $334,000 and everything adds up to $11.5 million.

Joyce was doing all she could to rectify the situation but a March 7th arrest and now a possible 10-year prison sentence have made a difficult task close to impossible.
